LIABILITY WAIVER AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK

I acknowledge that participation in a photography session may involve certain risks, including but not limited to walking on uneven terrain, exposure to weather conditions, interactions with natural features, travel to and from locations, and other conditions that may result in injury, illness, property damage, or other losses.

I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation in the photography session and agree to take reasonable precautions for my own safety.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release and hold harmless LaFleur Photography LLC, its owner, employees, contractors, and representatives from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising from or related to personal injury, illness, death, property damage, or other harm occurring during or in connection with the photography session, except to the extent caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.

I certify that I am at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement. If signing on behalf of a minor, I represent that I am the parent or legal guardian and have authority to agree to these terms on the minor's behalf.

I understand that this agreement is intended to be broad and inclusive as permitted by applicable law. If any portion is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

By typing my name below and submitting this form, I acknowledge that I have read and understood this agreement and agree that my electronic signature is legally binding. This agreement is 1 per party- only 1 member of he photoshoot has to agree and sign to release liability for whole group (families, couples, etc.)
