By submitting payment for any photo services, you acknowledge and agree to our Terms & Services. All payments are non-refundable. Rebooking may be permitted at the photographer’s discretion and subject to availability.

Payment & Agreement

By submitting payment to LaFleur Photography LLC, the client agrees to all Terms & Services outlined herein. Payment constitutes acceptance of this agreement.

Non-Refundable Payments
All payments are non-refundable, including but not limited to cancellations, no-shows, or unused services.

Cancellations
Client-initiated cancellations for any reason do not qualify for a refund.

Rescheduling / Rebooking
Rebooking may be permitted at the sole discretion of the photographer, subject to availability.
Rebooking requests must be made within a reasonable timeframe and may be subject to additional fees or limitations.

Photographer Discretion
The photographer reserves the right to make reasonable decisions regarding scheduling, rescheduling, weather considerations, creative direction, and service execution.

Limitation of Liability
The photographer shall not be held liable for circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to illness, injury, weather, equipment failure, or acts of God. In such cases, liability is limited to rescheduling where possible.

Usage & Deliverables
All images remain the intellectual property of the photographer unless otherwise stated in writing.
