Hi, I'm Melia LaFleur.

Photography, for me, is about so much more than creating beautiful images. It's about serving people, celebrating relationships, and preserving the moments that remind us of God's goodness throughout our lives.

I believe we were created for connection—to love one another, to walk through life together, and to cherish the people we've been blessed with. Some of the most meaningful moments happen in the ordinary: a glance between newlyweds, the laughter of a family gathered together, a parent holding their child close. These moments may seem fleeting, but they tell a story worth remembering.

My heart behind every session is to create an experience that feels genuine, intentional, and filled with care. I never want you to feel like just another client on my calendar. I want you to feel known, comfortable, and valued. I take the time to connect with the people I photograph because I believe the most authentic images come from real relationships and honest moments. I love hearing people’s love stories, testimonies, and walks of life- no matter where you’re from or where you’re going!

Christ is the foundation of how I approach both life and business. It shapes the way I serve and love others, the way I treat people, and the purpose I bring into every session. While photography is my profession, I work hard to ensure it never becomes simply a paycheck. Instead, I see it as an opportunity to love people well, encourage them, and reflect the grace I've been shown.

Whether I'm documenting a wedding, a family milestone, a season of growth, or a simple moment of togetherness, my goal remains the same: to create photographs that help tell your story with honesty and beauty. Images that don't just show what happened, but remind you how it felt. Images that bring you back to the people you love most and the memories you've built together.

I believe photographs are more than keepsakes.
